📌 Therapy & Coaching Sessions

Due to the time and preparation required for each session, all therapy and coaching services are non-refundable.

✔ Cancellations & Reschedules: You may reschedule or cancel your session with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid fees. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged according to our Cancellation & No-Show Policy.

✔ Emergency Situations: If an emergency prevents you from attending your session, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

📌 Digital Products & Courses (Coming Soon)

✔ Instant Downloads (Workbooks, Guides, E-Books, Templates, etc.):
All digital products are final sale and non-refundable due to their instant-access nature. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

✔ Online Courses & Programs:
We stand by the quality of our courses. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a refund within 2 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 15% of the course content. After this period, all sales are final.

✔ Duplicate Purchases:
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice, email us at connectwithconsuela@gmail.com and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.

📌 Physical Products (Coming Soon)

Refund and return policies for physical items (such as apparel or merchandise) will be outlined upon product launch.
